    病中

    不知什么原因得了肠胃炎,医生建议吃流食,避免蛋白质,让消化系统自己恢复。
    于是中午吃了一锅真正只含白米和水的稀饭,要不是从早上就没吃东西还真是吃不下。
    到晚饭的点感觉好多了,决定开始吃蔬菜。在白粥的基础上,另外烧水焯了几朵西兰花,切成小丁,待粥基本煮好时扔进去,煮沸,加一丁点盐,完成!
    居然觉得很好吃,感觉自己可以当和尚了,哦,不对,是尼姑。不过也可能是中午那个实在是没味使得我味觉的阈值大大下降。
    决定以后时常煮些清粥吃,偶尔把我的肠胃从大鱼大肉中解放出来。
